Piquant Design, fabricate and install a wide range of lighting control solutions for both residential and commercial properties. We use market leading technology from Helvar, a manufacturer of lighting control solutions since 1949 and sold in more than 60 different countries around the world. We couple this with our own in-house developed technology to bring affordable yet leading edge lighting control solutions to our customers.
Multi-Room Audio Systems
Piquant integrate multi-room music systems using a number of manufacturers of systems designed specifically for this application. The most popular of which are from the U.S. Manufacturer NuVo. NuVo are leaders in multi-zone music systems, having been specialists in this area of custom installation for many years.
To compliment out multi-room audio solutions we have developed 'Multijuke', a multizone jukebox with an intuitive graphical interface.
Custom Installation Speakers Systems
Piquant offer an extensive range of speakers to combine with our home cinema, media wall and multi-zone audio system designs. Our speaker solutions range from floor-standing home cinema speakers to built in ceiling or wall speakers.

We specialize in hidden speaker systems, having worked collaboratively with leading hidden speaker manufacturers on integration solutions for these specialist products.

Our hidden speaker systems range from deep rumbling sub-woofers to home cinema quality full-range speaker units with outstanding sound quality. A wall cavity can become the speaker cabinet where we use specialist acoustic material to provide noise isolation for adjacent rooms; in other words the sound generated from your media wall is contained and in effect restricted to your media room without creating noise pollution for the remaining rooms in your house.
Touch-screen Integrated Remote Controls
Piquant can integrate multiple remote controls into a single 'Pronto' touch-screen remote control. There are 4 models to suite a wide range of requirements and budgets. Piquant are certified programmers of the 'Pronto' remote controls. We can integrate the control of new equipment as well as equipment you may already own.
Media Management and Home Automation Control
Piquant can integrate all the systems in a home used for Media Management and Environment Control into a single graphical touch-screen control panel. Piquant are dealers and integrators of the Cinemar Solutions range of control software from the U.S.A.
